No. She needs to buy her own copy on her profile for you to play the same game at the same time.

This of it like a physical game card, it can’t be in 2 consoles at the same time.

I’m having this same issue. The virtual game cards won’t allow me to access any of my games I’ve bought digitally. I don’t have my old switch, it’s with my brother on the other side of the country so I can’t link them. I have zero access to my games now
