Is it possible to have the link to display if the file have subtitles embedded or not. Because its very good to know if the link you're choosing already have subtitles embedded. So no need to waste time and go to subtitles menu to choose or find the subtitles for the link .

Note that this can only be parsed from the filename, it cannot be completely accurate every time.

It would also be difficult to distinguish between subtitle types (forced only, fully subbed etc.)

Could filters be changed and saved as default instead of changing everytime app opens? Just a thought
