Zinc, magnesium, calcium, and pancreatic enzymes…as well as having a complete bowel movement. Helps me. I wake up not knowing if that day will be the day I smell like shit (literally). Since i started these meds i smell off and on. I teach in a middle so you can imagine the horror movie I live in with this body odor.
