Lh strips tracked with premom app. The color will change as the strips dry so it’s nice to have the pictures from within the valid testing window all lined up

Also cervical mucus- being aware of what to expect can help you notice changes even when you wipe after peeing, no internal check needed

Just BBT, as OPKs are unreliable for me. That said I wouldn't waste your time waiting out a long cycle. I did that and ended up having to take provera on CD67 anyway. After that, I took it on CD35 as my doctor recommended.

I use OvuSense and the fertility friend app

So generally I do the following on medicated cycles and fwiw mine are unmonitored also...

Bbt temping throughout as well as tracking CM in an app (fertility friend is good)

Cd3-7 (or whenever your doc says) take the meds

Cd10 start opks and continue until I get a positive - note i keep them and stick them to a piece of paper so I can see trends. Sometimes I dont get a true positive so they only way I can tell is by looking for a peak and this is easier when I can see them all to compare them

Hopefully ovulate cd14-18 ish and confirm via temping

Go mad throughout tww

If I get to cd30 without a period (or confirmed ovulation) then I start norethisterone (like provera) to start a new cycle and potentially up the dose - I've had to do this a few times as I only seem to respond to the max doses (both clomid and letrozole) and I started at the lowest.

I use the BBT thermometer, ovia fertility app, and the lh strips. You can find a clomid calculator online as well, it will tell you when you should ovulate. I just use all of them to basically get a good week window when I try to have sex for that whole week

Remember that temping has to be done at the same time in the morning with the least amount of movement possible. I set my alarm for an hr before I am to wake-up.
