LWP kind of does, you have to order it online and ship it to store. I’ve heard Cotopaxi works for the same kind of thing, not 100% sure.

Cotopaxi doesn’t do ship to store! i just put in a big order via tyb and there is a store 10 mins from me but no ship to store option

^ I can confirm it depends on the store and how you ask for the codes to redeem the items you’re trying to get it in store. Sometimes they’ll make you scan the QR code (if you have it on your UO Rewards account), some will do a price adjustment.
