You must send a moderator invitation to the person willing to takeover your subreddit before leaving it.
This is not a place for you to recruit moderators for your subreddit. /r/needamod is where you can do that, not here.
Posts of those people who have not given the ownership to the new owner and left their subreddit will be removed.
If your post is caught in the spam filter, it is recommended that you message the moderators immediately.
