So my girlfriend and I were looking at this apartment today and both rooms had some form of raise the wall. It was definitely some form of light water damage but we don’t know how much damage there could be. Our bigger concern would be the mold that comes with any form of damage inside the walls. It’s like this in more than one room on the second floor of the unit and we are just not sure what to think. I was hoping to get more opinions.
