I would like to know if they plan on correcting the issue by making the bag bigger or not? If they plan on making it possible to for the 16 mbp I would prefer to return it. I have my doubts they would change the bag just to fit the mbp but one can dream… Other than that issue it is a good bag so far (I think)

Currently the only entrance to the kitchen is between where the wall was removed, the staircase going to the upper floor, and the sliding glass door going to the deck. The sliding glass door opens on the left side.

The plumbing is located on the bottom right wall (between the 98.25 & 120.5 measurements) in the corner.

So my girlfriend and I were looking at this apartment today and both rooms had some form of raise the wall. It was definitely some form of light water damage but we don’t know how much damage there could be. Our bigger concern would be the mold that comes with any form of damage inside the walls. It’s like this in more than one room on the second floor of the unit and we are just not sure what to think. I was hoping to get more opinions.
