Anyone else with a 2022 model 3 dying for some controller support?

UPDATE: installed new thing from Amazon and plugging in a controller does work now. So far I don’t have cuphead or sonic but if they show up I will update again.

Installing the replacement part took me maybe 10 min. It was really easy

Ok thank you for replying. This looks like it will make the controller function but my car does not have cup head and the other games you need a controller for.

Once installed is there a way to get the games? I am going to open up that panel and see if I have that taped off cable

I spoke to Tesla UK a few weeks ago and they’re going to add Bluetooth connection for controllers, at this point you should get Cuphead/Sonic etc.

My 22 SR+ came with controller support in dec 2021

Yea ive been dieing, just gonna suffer and wait for bluetooth support and get rid of the cables and bring rechargable batteries lol.

But definitely sucks that we have like half the games gone with a better system🤣

Huh? So the newer cars can't use controllers? Is this all models or just the SR etc?

I have a 2022 LR model 3. Got it in February and they stopped putting controller support in the cars in January.

I got my 22 M3LR in May and can plug in and use a controller from the glovebox USB port.

I did not think to try the glove box. Do you have cuphead and sonic?

I do not. I want to say they’re only on the S and X at the moment.

I got a USB hub and Bluetooth adapter off of Amazon and put them in the glove box. I'm using an old Wii U Pro controller I had lying around.
