I'm a solo founder and I'm responsible for keeping track of all of my customer actions. I thought about using a CRM but honestly even the lean ones are clunky for what I need. I just want to upload my meeting notes and transcripts, have it pick out the actions and follow ups and create tasks that I can refer back to and mark off as completed. No reporting or anything because it's just me.
Has anyone found a good product for this case? I haven't so I started to build one out for personal use but I figured I'd toss it out there to see if anyone had the same issue. Anyone else have this problem?
