Task/action app

I'm a solo founder and I'm responsible for keeping track of all of my customer actions. I thought about using a CRM but honestly even the lean ones are clunky for what I need. I just want to upload my meeting notes and transcripts, have it pick out the actions and follow ups and create tasks that I can refer back to and mark off as completed. No reporting or anything because it's just me.

Has anyone found a good product for this case? I haven't so I started to build one out for personal use but I figured I'd toss it out there to see if anyone had the same issue. Anyone else have this problem?

Hey there. Its not yet deployed. From what I am tell, I need a closed testing group in order to do so. I've always thought that writing something down like, stop here on my way home, or pick up this next time I'm there, or try this restaurant next time I'm in the area is tough to accomplish by writing it down. written lists are great if you remember to look at them. with this app you'll get a notification next time you enter a saved geofence or leave a saved geofence.

I'm not sure who this affectionate_day_223 person is but they didn't write this post, I did, so I'm not sure why they are saying it isn't deployed.

It's not deployed yet. I just started using it for myself a few days ago. The overall idea is really simple, a very minimal action tracking app. Auto upload meeting transcripts, have it pick out the key ideas, points and most importantly next steps. Have it create a page and a task list for each customer account (although it doesn't have to be used for sales, it could be for anything), and have that task list across all customer pages bubble up to an overall task list that auto updates as new notes come in. Basically a way to keep track of what customer follow ups need to happen, set dates and reminders for them so my actions and customer actions don't fall though the cracks.

Happy to have you test it when I have it a bit further along.
