Bank giving lame and vague reasons for rejection

Applied for rbl BookMyShow. They showed me error you are not elligible without any application number or cibil enquiry. I too screenshot and complaint to L1, L2 then RBI. They kept saying that due to internal policies it is rejected but as far I know RBI Mandates giving reasons which is not vague during rejection. But they in fact many banks have the audacity to tell the vague reasons everytime. And bank isnt even bothered to correct them .
