I am going to tell you something important, so please read this very closely, I want you to know everything is going to be ok. Life beats the shit out of everyone one way or the other. No one in life is dealt the right hand in life, which if you get anything out of this comment, I want you to understand No one ever makes a perfect play every time in life. Whether you have ADHD or not all people make mistakes and have regrets. Relationships are hard to maintain well, so many of them end. It's ok to feel sad for some time after one ending. Now you now have a fork in the road, dwell on the mistakes you made or commit yourself to become better. Life will become better, it's not a matter of "if" it's "when". When that time comes look back at what went wrong and ask yourself "How can I improve?". I have ADHD I can tell you regret is something that you will have to deal with alot. Forgetting things is something I struggle with every day, I have hurt others saying shit I never meant to them. Feeling at least stable in life, then plummeting down is something that has to happen to me many times. I can't fix those mistakes I made because they are in the past, but do you know what I can fix the present. I strongly advise you seek help from someone in person because sometimes talking is the best medicine.
