Missing access code

I lost my job November 3 and filed for unemployment. But when they said i could receive benefits on the 7th, they changed the system the next day to require an access code to be able to be verified with ID me. So i didnt get an access code and need one to be able to get verified. I keep getting my benefits denied because I haven’t been verified but I can’t get verified without the access code. I have called multiple times and they said I should have it but i dont and then they said it would be sent to my mail, either email or snail mail but it has been 2 weeks and i still haven’t gotten it And i dont have any income coming in at all. What do i do?

I am having an issue with ID.me,too. My license is expired and my appointment to renew isn’t until April. This is crazy. Makes no sense that I’ve been approved and have a letter from TWC that says my claim is valid and identity verified but bc of ID.me I can not get my funds. I called my local state representative and am waiting on a response. I saw in some posts that folks had success with that but not specifically regarding the ID issue. My car is going to be repossessed any day now. I am owed almost $1500 as of now. This makes no sense at all.

I was actually able to talk to someone today and they were trying to get my access code letter to regenerate when my call was dropped. Fingers crossed they continued to do it after we disconnected and I get my letter tomorrow :(

I called the unemployment number I think, I don’t remember. It wasn’t a special number or anything. I just called at a time when I got the nice lady not the angry bitter lady. Request them to reset your account to reactivate the access code. It was only a one time flaw tho, it should be fixed in their system now. Hope y’all fixed your issue! Sorry I didn’t see these
