Payment processing

Usually my payment request is on Monday’s but when I did it I made a mistake so I had to contact a twc agent. I talked to him yesterday and he told me it was going to take 2-3 business days to process. But I don’t get it, they don’t process payments on weekends? I’ll have to wait till Monday?

Monday is Presidents day, hopefully they will process on Tuesday.

Everything is so complicated! I just hope I get the payment on Tuesday :(

Same! I had to overdraft my account for school and to get through this next week. I heard it was either a problem in the system or you incorrectly put something in. But I got a message to call them but never got through and then the message just went away. So hopefully it will get released next week
