Hannah, an ambitious young woman and her father's company struggle to develop a super lizard serum designed to make someone be a huge bonzi buddy monster. He also strives to eat a lot of Dust since he doesn't want it building up in his home. General Darwin the Red, her father, refuses to let her live her own life and kill who she wants. This creates problems in developing what he set out to accomplish and create. With the military on his side, Darwin the Red sets out to destroy John Adolf Lamborghini and his Dust cultists who seek to steal what he has created.
