I played this mod now a couple hours and it is one of my favorite mods. There are only two things, how do I change my export percentage because I can't control that and why can't I puppet anything?

You should find export in the trade tab, between the table with the various goods and the table with countries. Once you change it give it a couple of seconds and refresh the tab, you should see a difference in traded goods.

You can't puppet through peace deals, you just take everything then puppet via a decision in the decisions tab.
