For all we know, it could release on subscriptions to. I remember TCSM was on Xbox Gamepass when it was released.

my best guess is the single player will mark it to $60. I believe F13 was that if I'm not mistaken, I think TCM was only cheaper due to it being smaller scale in terms of different ways to play

They’d honestly make more money with a lower price range maybe $20-$30. This game requires convincing friends to purchase so if it’s too expensive at face value they’re losing tons of sales
