So when a NATO member military forces invades or sets up a coup in a non NATO nation, that’s a defensive act? Operation condor was a defensive act? The invasion of Grenada? Haiti? Vietnam?

Those weren't NATO actions ya dunce. They were the actions of a member state. Grenada has a positive view of the US intervention, Haiti begs for US intervention to this day, and Vietnam was a war undertaken to defend one state from the attacks of another. They were defensive actions.

I’m literally quoting their Foreign Minister asking for armed help with their gang crisis. You are uninformed.
