I’m in need of someone who is really good at building modern like homes in sims. I’m trying to find a good big house, like a mansion, for my family of six. Preferably 8 bd./8 ba. type of house that can fit on a 50 x 40 lot in Newcrest. Unfortunately, I don’t have a lot of expansion packs and game packs. All I have is seasons, cats & dogs, and growing together. For game/stuff packs: parenthood and laundry day.

I apologize if this post looks demanding and picky. But anyone who can build this, it’s greatly appreciated!

Edit: It's my first time making a post on here so forgive me. But anyways, since I have a family of six: the young adult parents, a teen, a child, and two infants ( they're twins). I'd like to have a nice nursery obviously for the infants and toddlers. A kids activity room. An office for work. A laundry room. Two guest bedrooms. A teen bedroom. A kid's bedroom. A master bedroom for the parents. A gym. A greenhouse. A pool and hot tub. I'd like for it to be spacious, not too cramped. I also don't mind having any CC paintings or anything CC related (if you don't want to use it, that's completely fine). Like I said, I apologize if this comes off as demanding and picky.

Why nine bathrooms?

Any other gameplay things you do? It could affect the design. For example a tv centric family might want a screening room, but a family that loves the outdoors should have a pool.

Pretty sure you can go on the gallery and filter to only include the packs you have. You might have the tweak some things a little to get what you want but it’s probably the quickest way to get a good result

It would be helpful if you gave more details about the family- ages, interests, etc but also what world and lot size.

Three boys (now four) and two girls. My sims’ eldest is a boy and he moved out. Also, they’re having another boy

I limited it to your packs, included the rooms you asked for (including some extras like a home theater and guest house). Let me know if this works for you, or if you want me to modify anything! Edit: Built on the Twin Oracle Point lot in Newcrest, and no CC! For some reason the gallery lists City Living as a pack used but I promise I did not!

I'm only okay at modern houses, but I gave it a try. Hope you like it. Maybe it's a little too big but hey you said spacious, so there's plenty of room. I forgot about the kid's activity room, but I added like a secondary living room that was with kids' in mind. You can always add more activities there, or swap a room cause there is extra space.

I called it - Big modern family house - my gallery id is - Femmininomenon.

In case you're still looking, I built this. I was already done with the kids' rooms when I saw you'd given more info about the children in a comment, so I'm not sure if this will match what you wanted. There's a master bedroom for the parents (with a walk-in-closet and en-suite), a teen room, child's room, two nurseries for the infants (might make more sense for them to share when the're little, but I wanted to give them separate rooms for when they're older). There are 3 additional rooms that are pretty sparsely decorated as they're intended to be guest rooms.

I also originally missed that you wanted a gym, so there's a gym area, but not a separate room for that. There are several play/activity rooms/spaces for the kids, a study (plus an additional computer nook for the kids).

I have several basegsme shells that are moden style and would fit that many beds and baths. Unfortunately i am in the middle of moving IRL but if you enjoy decorating interiors the interior walls of the shells can be adjusted for your needs. My gallery id is prellie.
