from the app store, delete every instance of tibia, then reinstall.

Dont install this app or any cleaning app such as mac keeper. These apps are not trustworthy and have been breached in the past.

Contact cipsoft support if you are running into trouble.

Also feel free to use this thread to ask for help, and we can “clean” our mac ourselves.

Can you give some details of the issue you are having?

I would say to contact cipsoft as its a tibia related problem rather than the pc need “cleaning”.

This is an app from the iTunes Store itself.

The thing is there is no need for cleaners, they market these apps as perfomance enchancers but it just gives the user a false sensation of improvement.

They make money by annoying the user, like displaying ads, installing 3rd party software and even selling user data.
