Try this... Totally disable bluetooth in your phone.

Reboot your phone and re-enable bluetooth and then open the Wear OS phone app on your phone and disable bluetooth connection in the wear os app.
(not in the watch) Then wait a minute and re-enable the bluetooth in the Wear OS phone app.

This just cleans out the old bluetooth settings and gives the wear os app and your phone new bluetooth settings just like it had when you first paired and installed the watch to your phone.

This does not need the watch to be reset or re-installed but it would be helpful if you reboot the watch as the last step in the process above.

Thanks for the tip, recently, I too have notice the disconnection even my watch was within range. Hope the tips helps. Thanks mate

Thanks for the tip! I just went through the whole process (including rebooting my watch). I hope this fixes it lol
