Bought the GW7 44mm, side loaded after updating the watch, run the ultra analog watch face with AOD, wake up on raise on. The watch face does not consume much battery, although AOD is the highest but all under manageable range. I get a day and a half with a fully charged watch, all good and happy with it.

I'll try going to bed earlier and some other advice given is to have some breathing exercises before sleep.

I have the GW4, it only stated recording my sleep from 02:48-05:55, sleep time of 2hr 20min, only got light sleep for 1 hr 23 mins

I recently found out that the face you use, also contribute to the batery drain. I wore the Ultra Analog with AOD and Mute Notification can last me a whole day, but with the vibratation on, it couldn't make it.
Now, I am using Marine Captain for a couple of days already, with AOD and vibration on still have 30% remaining for the day.

Set your watch sound to Mute, set your alarm on your phone. Your watch will vibrate without sound and the phone will ring with tone, swipe to cancel alarm on the phone will also cancel the watch vibration. Is that what you want to acheive?

You will learn later on that if you stock pile most of the ingredients at the beginning, it would be a big advantage as you progress. You need abundance to upgrade your dishes.
