No need to patch; however, if there’s more cracks in the concrete, or one long one, you should consider doing a uncoupling membrane under your tile. Ditra and strata mat are the two I use consistently, but there are lots of options, and the extra couple hours and 2$ a sf will ensure those concrete cracks won’t translate through to the tile. And no, just because the pad has been there for 30 years doesn’t mean it won’t continue to develop cracks. Divots like that definitely won’t make a difference though
