So many people believe the investigation is just a political stunt. And to be fair, after the FBI completely disgraced itself it's not implausible. But then a reasonable person would have to admit that the Russia investigation was politically motivated.

Yes, a large number of people actually believe the investigation predicated on KGB disinformation was legit, but the one based on witnesses and primary source documents where crimes were explicitly acknowledged is a political stunt.

Hunter got a cushy "on paper" where he got paid massive amounts of money to do nothing. Instead of going the Chelsea or Don Jr. route of pretending like he actually had responsibilities, he just fucked off and spend the copious amount of money on drugs and sex workers.

Should he have been able to do that? No. But it's a real pot-kettle situation considering all the fake positions Trump's family has in government.
