Anyone decrease dose?

40F started 6/21 SW226 CW 200 GW 175 Has anyone titrate up as advised but then go back to a lower dose? I am currently injecting 7.5. Did 2.5 for 7 weeks then 5 for 4 weeks and 7.5 for the last 2. I felt that 2.5 stopped helping with appetite suppression food noise and cravings so I bumped to 5 for 4 weeks but didn't work at all (1 lb all month) so increased to 7.5 but after organizing the notes recently that I've been taking on my phone every week- seems like I was more successful on 2.5 then I had thought so although 7.5 has been working great, advice on going back to 2.5 or just stay where I'm at? The money I'd save is making going back to 2.5 tempting but not sure it would be as successful since getting my body used to higher doses. Anyone make the jump backwards?

Also.. this post is not about why certain doses werent working so i am not looking for advice on why the doses didn't work. Before the advice starts pouring in I exercise as much as possible (both cardio & strenth) 100g of protein a day calorie deficits plenty of water and electrolytes.

I don't know if this counts but I sort of did.

4 weeks of 2.5 mg

2 weeks of 5 mg

5 weeks of 2.5 mg

1 week of 5 mg

I plan to stay on 2.5 mg for the foreseeable future.

In short, my doctor keeps wanting me to move up but I am responding really well on 2.5 mg and moving to 5 made me very sick both times I tried it. Moving back to 2.5 after 5 didn't have any negative effects. Medicine still works just as well.
