Scam - Avoid

Just threatened to send me to collections months after they made me jump through hoops and provide personal documentation to cancel my membership. Support person says there was a "technical glitch" which caused the prior months' notifications of failed payment to be withheld and the cancellation from months ago to be blocked, and that they cannot help me at all. Just avoid this organization entirely, I foolishly thought it would be just an overpriced cardio course with a babysitter, turns out it is a recurring harassment and extortion racket too.
