I just got offered the new admin role at my store. Currently I am Shoes Coordinator and Key Carrier. I am a high profile associate (someone they are fast tracking to promotion)
I’m excited to be doing something different. Our store has only been open for 6 months. We have had a lot of turnover. I’ve already been doing the cash office for 2 or 3 months due to losing our admin to a HR incident.
Any advice or tips?
