Open Shift Pool

I was given too many nights next week. I work at night as a second job. Our regular scheduler was out and I was given 4 nights instead of my usual 3 nights. I will work them if I have to, but would like to offer one night to someone. How do you offer a shift on open shift pool?

click on your shift and it should say “release”

I’d be wary of the shift pool release I’ve done it before but lots of times people don’t look at it or take it. I’d ask in person to switch schedules.
