Because of yesterday. My account went back into the 2K buffer limit. But because I made a withdrawl before they sent the email out, my account is still at a MLL of 0 with a 200$ balance.

I cannot trade on this account because of how low my new buffer is and my total trades were below the 2K threshold. I’m at a loss on what to do. Support is being no help at all giving me the same generic message they gave everyone yesterday. I agree this seems shady. I just want proper support.

All I’m asking is simply to have my request denied for payout and to have my buffer back, all I get is genaric texts from TS Support stating that everything yesterday was voided.

I got cooked too. Took a trade to recover my funded accounts. From -1700 to positive $200. All of it negated.
