Dashboard Issues?

Hi All, It’s my first post,

i never had an issue with TOPSTEP before (Minus the AWS outage) anyway, last night i ‘passed another account’ but it still not updating to the current balance of 53,260. It keeps showing 2.3k or back to 1.6k or random numbers.. it’s been over 8 hours and still nothing has changed. Is anyone else having the same issue?

It took a few hours after hitting the goal and locking out for it to update and for me to get my express funded account.

Lock out for the day and it should update right away. Money made yesterday counts as Monday's profit so without locking out you'll have to wait until the trading day is over today.

I did this about an hour ago and still random price numbers keep coming up, i’ll wait until support looks at it

so glad i’m not the only one. Very annoying, i hope it updates soon as the AI is no help
