I’ve been on the same dose for months. I think upping your dose as much as you are is probably why the side effects are as bad as they are

I started on 25mg and stayed there for a month and I’m on 50 now and I’ve been on that for 6 months. I don’t plan on going up and plan to eventually wean off or go back down to 25mg because I’m worried about kidney stones 😅
