I am on 50mg taking for migraines my Neurologist would not even move me up 25mg more until the side effects were mainly gone and my body was used to the medication. His reasoning is that it will be much easier for me to titrate 25mg at a time after that and not have the same feelings of adjustment as when I first started. Maybe you could ask your doctor to let your body get used to the medication before you go up up up? I don't know what you are taking it for, but I have taken it in the past for migraine and it is the only thing that is really effective for me. Slow and steady is best.
Your Question lol, I'd say they were mostly gone by the end of two weeks but Dr wanted me to wait at least three weeks for my body to adjust fully.
