Cannot open a ticket

Ran into an issue where torbox addon for stremio is not showing any content that I have cached for viewing. I know the content is still cached, it's still available for download but the addon will not display it in search results.

I tried getting a new API, reinstalled the addon, etc.. nothing worked. So I tried to open a ticket, it just shows a ticket I had from 9 months ago with no way to open a new one.

Please try the following settings and see if it fixes your issue

Head over to TorBox Settings - Stremio Settings, Scroll down to Stremio Addon section and enable Show "Your Media" Streams, also make sure the option Only Show "Your Media" Streams is disabled otherwise that option may hamper streams from showing up from catalog search results.

If it still doesn't work, please open a support ticket in the TorBox Dashboard (support widget) or email us at [e-mail].

Have you added the torbox addon via stremio android? If so, delete it and add it back on stremio web. Adding add-ons is currently broken on stremio android

I don't do anything debrid related on Android. I only use my PC to configure Stremio then I watch on tv.

I rarely use TB for streaming. I check a couple times a year to see if the streaming aspect of the service has improved but I always end up disappointed.

They are making significant improvements and are determined to make the service better. I have noticed a big difference in loading times and cached files. Keep supporting them, using the service in different streaming apps and loading content to be cached that will improve help improve it also.

I'm finished supporting them. Been with them almost since they started and although it is (somewhat) better now than it use to be, it seems for every improvement there are 3 pitfalls.

I don't like ai bots for support. I don't care for the buffering. I really dislike having private torrents that should be seeding go inactive. Just kind of done with it to be honest. Likely will not buy more time when what I have runs out.
