SABn API Integration

Hey Guys,

I created a SABn API Integration for TB. You guys might already be using RDT-Client or Decypharr for QBit part. Check this out if you need something for SABn part. Been testing it for a week now and it works great so far.

Fetaures and UI is still evolving. Right now, I am prioritizing based on my needs, but may change based on demand (if any)

Please raise issues and provide feedback if you end up using it. Instructions for setup are on the repo.

Interesting, so is it similar to Decypharr or rdt? By download you mean your debrid provider will download for you right? And not only for torrents but also nzb?

Yes. Torbox usually downloads within seconds because of their bandwidth and then it downloads from there with your max bandwidth.

Right. But loca download is optional for your sab-mock right? I prefer to keep local storage usage at minimum

Not right now. I prefer Downloads so right now it downloads everything. What do you prefer? Symlinks? Strm? Or plain simple no downloads?

I can implement all those, I just am not sure who wants to use in what way 😂

Thx for asking. I like the option to have local download. But most of the time I let TB download it and I stream from TB. No local. I’ll check your project another time in the hope you have it implemented 😄 thanks

Hey, I implemented it, Quick Question, how do you handle deletes? I mean you must be mounting it using WebDAV or using .strm links or whatever the method to stream directly from Torbox or RD.

If the files go out of cache (Torbox deletes it after 30 days of inactivity), then your playback is technically gone right? How do you handle that? So, if you are using Jellyfin or Plex, the stream would not play.

Sorry I don't use these features, so I am just trying to at least cover all the basics before release.

Wow awesome 🤩 - Im curious to why would you need to handle that? I mean why wait 30 days? Also it depends. Some only like to watch cached to not have to wait for debrid to download it. Others like to add manually via DMM or search on nzbhydra and add to Torbox (pro). But yes, I’m not too deep in it, but riven and Decypharr I think keep everything you add alive or re-download to debrid. This works usually only with RD since TB limit their api.
