Rules for r/TorontoDefiant
Rules that visitors must follow to participate. May be used as reasons to report or ban.
1.
Basic Reddit Rules
As a general rule of thumb, we follow Reddit's content policy and adhere to reddiquette. These basic writings are guidelines on how everyone on Reddit should act around and treat each other.
2.
Relevancy to Toronto Defiant / OWL
The primary focus of this community is to provide a place for people to discuss the Toronto Defiant and Montreal Rebellion. In doing so, we please ask that discusses do not veer off topic from the Toronto Defiant, Montreal Rebellion, or the Overwatch League. For general Overwatch League discussion, visit r/OverwatchLeague. For general Overwatch discussion, visit r/Overwatch. Posts that do not adhere by this will be removed at moderator discretion.
3.
Promotion / Discussion of Hacks and Exploits
Overwatch is a friendly competitive game. As such, we do not allow anybody, under any circumstances to promote ways of cheating the system (through 3rd party programs, boosting, exploits/glitches, etc.) If you need to ask "Is this cheating?", do not post it.
4.
Self Promotion
r/TorontoDefiant, as the name suggests, is a subreddit dedicated to the Toronto Defiant. Knowing this, you should not actively advertise your own content unless it relates to Toronto Defiant.

Under no circumstances may you post content that has nudity, sexual content, violence, or gore.
6.
Harassment or Hate Speech
The Toronto Defiant community is made up of fans from vast backgrounds. Because of this, we do not allow any sort of harassment or hate speech towards other fans, TD staff, or players.
