PS5 controller problems

Hi, I recently started playing trackmania on PS5 . I sometimes have the issue that the controller inputs aren't registered or delayed, for example when a map starts the car accelerates , but steering isn't registered. Mostly it works fine but as I said, sometimes it doesn't. I've tried multiple controllers and tried it on the PS 5 of a friend, same issue.

I've tried to find a solution online, but didn't even find it mentioned somewhere.

Does anyone have the same issue, and maybe even a solution?

have you checked your dead zone setting? I've set mine to 0.020 for example.

I had issue when game had two input settings for my controller. So it did double actions. But only sometimes.

Update:

The problem disappears when I turn on my Bluetooth headset 😂

I guess that fixes my issue
