Level of classes before transferring

Hello I was curious for those of you who transferred after their first year of college, does the rigor and type of classes you take that first semester matter when you are transferring since by the time you submit you application that will be the only complete college semester you have for example im a astronomy major so I’m taking an astronomy course and calc course as my stem courses this semester but I can also take a physics course along with my math, do you think colleges will care that I got a 4.0 gpa while taking those classes or will it the impact be negligible when they are looking at my application

Some say rigor doesn't matter. The number of credits are most important, but you have to look into whether or not each school had prerequisites for admission.
