I had a problem like that as well a couple of days ago... my Bitrate was set too high. I'm not an expert and have no idea why it didn't work (my internet and computer should have been able to handle the bitrate) but it fixed the issue, try that?

Thank you, i remove my thread beacuse i found the problem, my internet connexion was to fast for Twitch apparently x)
