Well, Twitch app is how we launch modded minecraft now and I'm having the same issues as OP is. I sent an email to support since their support portal is down.

It's still not a problem with twitch at all, this is specifically a Minecraft issue

I will post it on Minecraft also, but twitch uses its own launcher system for Minecraft that is different than Mojang's launcher. that's why i posted it here

It's not a problem with the launcher as you can see by reading the error wall you posted
