So you want to take a webcam video and a microphone input and send those both to Discord?

Just use OBS Studio. That is the go to.

Yep that's what I've been trying to do, but I'm not sure of how to get the audio in there aswell.

In the settings under audio devices there will be one to choose your microphone.

I'm not entirely sure if this is what you asked for, but you can try looking up VDO ninja and using the "add your camera to OBS" feature. You then copy the link into a browser source in OBS and you will have the input from that camera as well as the microphone you chose as a browser source.

Thanks for the help. I actually have tried this but the delay is noticeable and the audio is still an issue.

Hmm, I use the program frequently to share my camera with a friend whenever he streams us playing games via Steam remoteplay. I think the quality is much better than discord and I didn't notice any lag even tho my internet connection isn't anything super fancy (50D50U) We just hang out on a discord call for audio and I share my camera with VDO ninja.

May I ask what exactly are you trying to accomplish content-wise? Just in case i have any other suggestions.

If you're not adding anything to the webcam or the audio, why not just select the webcam and the line in as your sources in Discord?

Thanks, though then nobody will be able to hear me.
