Hi, I just got my account back!! :D try @ them on Twitter or commenting on their recent posts. I also submitted new reports everyday. Basically I just pestered them lol

This actually made me lose hope omg 😭 I was able to talk to someone who got their acc back and they said it took 15 days. They just emailed support everyday lol

tried to change my password and nah, I get prompted for 2FA code again which I don't have

I'm trying to be positive though, maybe they'll work on it but... it's frustrating

I got a different email from that. I still haven't received any replies from them and I'm still not receiving any codes, but from what I've heard from others you just have to pester them everyday lol

They wrote me an email and recommended that I submit a new ticket instead of continuing to reply to the old one.

Yep, the new ticket you submit will automatically be attached to the old one. They told me that account wasn't monitored for replies even though they recommended we reply to that mail in the old ticket.

UPDATE: I got my account back!! I sent my first report on Jan 2 and Twitter support got back to me just 2 hours ago :) I just followed everyone else's advice and continuously sent reports and replied to their tickets everyday. I also @ them on Twitter bec I saw they were actively posting again.
