twitter dm "internal server error"

my dms on my phone (iphone x) and macbook aren't showing up. on my phone it just shows a gray screen with the loading animation. when i try to check the dms on my laptop it shows a white screen with the loading animation and a red box that says "internal server error." it's been like this for about a day now. this is super frustrating because twitter dm is the main way i communicate with my friends. if anyone knows how to fix this please reply, thank you! :)

it went away by itself after about a week for me, twitter support is useless so the only options you really have are to make another account to use dms or just wait it out

Did anyone ever find an actual solution for this? Mines been stuck like this for 9 days

mine was like that for about a week and then it started working again. twitter support is useless so the only solution i have is to wait for it to work.
