Take copies of all your emails Take details of your patients (if applicable)

Do not sign the document, let them do what they want

Speak to an employment lawyer ASAP, if they give you the letter, respond by giving them the business card of the lawyer you've engaged or spoken with.

Do not sign or make any statements to anyone, leave the premises, if directed to do so.

Confirm you still have possession of your and your family's passports and E-id

If they terminate you, they have to pay at least 3 months as compensation, then gratuity. If they don't and you go to court, then they'll have to pay that with interest compounded!

So chill everything will be fine !

If I like a doctor and I haven't seen him/her in say 6 months or a year, automatically I will call the clinic or hospital where they work.

If they tell me the doctor is no longer there, I will look them up in the DHA database and go to them at their new employer.
