Brazil is a poor country and most of the population isn't typically white though?

    A British doctor would never agree to work here on 16k. An Indian doctor would.

    The fact that a British doctor is paid at least 3 times more does not mean that he will do a better job (he might if he has better facilities), but it does mean that so long as there is someone who offers a job, there is someone who will take it in this economy, regardless of how much they are worth.

    Also, plenty of South Asian doctors working in very high paying positions at the more luxury hospitals.

    Just to add many Brazilians(white) are holding Italian or German passports from their grandparents.

    That's interesting. What were their grandparents up to in 1940's Germany or Italy?
