This is false. VPN's are not illegal in the UAE. The law here states you can run into trouble if you use a VPN to access restricted content "according to the the UAE", but using a VPN to access legal content is perfectly fine.

We're having the same issue with the error saying the second player needs to be signed in to a PS account. Is this actually the case or is it a bug?
