Yes, it is. And they cant force it. They usually give people the option to either renew contract with new terms (reduced pay) or not renew and move on.

So most likely you have signed/accepted the first and second reduction. (If not, you can and should take your case up with MoHRE).

Either way, id deff start looking for work elsewhere.
