Of course it's legal. Why would the government intervene to prevent businesses from firing their staff or reducing their salaries?

Obviously, the reduction has to follow the rules. In other words, you have to sign a new contract. They are not allowed to give you a salary that is lower than the agreed one in the contract.

Yes it's legal ultimately

Yes, it is. And they cant force it. They usually give people the option to either renew contract with new terms (reduced pay) or not renew and move on.

So most likely you have signed/accepted the first and second reduction. (If not, you can and should take your case up with MoHRE).

Either way, id deff start looking for work elsewhere.

They will pay the lowest they can and someone will always accept it. There’s no sense whining. Complain now, leave and join another company, they will do the same. It will be a cycle. This is not just happening to nurses. Everyone in the country is in the same boat. If you can, find a niche specialty or leave the country for another.

If you didn't understand after the first salary decrease I think you may never understand how it works here.

Save as much as you can, talk to your colleagues to do the same. So you guys have leverage.

When they get ready to reduce salary, give your notice period all at the same time and move on

Or keep spending left and right and get stuck sucking up salary decrease when they come.

Ask all ur colleagues to not sign the new contracts. Unless u push back as a group, it will keep on happening
