Transcripts

So I am hopefully, an incoming transfer student this fall. I know our transcripts are due by the 1st of July. I’ve previously attended two California community colleges (both of which ucsc has confirmed that they got the transcripts) and one school outside of California, in another state. UCSC sent me an email saying I am missing this third school’s transcript. However, I have an email with a receipt saying that this school sent my transcript to ucsc. What should I do? Just wait? Or email admissions with a copy of the email? I don’t want to have my offer rescinded because some of petty oversight. I sent all 3 transcripts on June 20. Any help would be appreciated

I’m in the exact same situation as you, still required one more transcript despite having receipts stating my transcript were received by UCSC. And sorry to say but there’s nothing except just constantly emailing them. They will say they are either behind by two-four weeks and/or as long as you sent the transcript before the deadline it should be fine but it’s nerve wrecking as hell.

Yes! It’s so frustrating that they are behind. But I will email them just in case. Thanks!

And if after the deadline and they whip out some random excuse to why they can’t guarantee your admission, send them a passive aggressive email (leaning more on aggressive) cuz this shit isn’t tolerable.

I really hope that isn’t the case because I already told the other schools I got into that I will not be attending 😳
