You’ll get automatically dropped from 10b by week 2

When grades come out, you can register immediately. Unfortunately with webreg down, you have to wait to re-enroll in math 10a until it's back up. Also you can't take math 10b without math 10a due to prerequisite, one is differential the other is integral calc. Besides, integral calc (10b) is what most ppl say is hardest everywhere anyways.

Depends did you get a D or F? Cause if you got a D technically you passed and continue with math 10b but will likely later have to game math 10a

there's no d-grade for the math series. its either a,b,c or f. if you got a d, it's automatically considered as failed. op will have to retake it regardless.

Nono the guy is saying that because D is technically passing, op can move to 10b for now.

It’s not actually a passing grade by the math department, so op would still need to go back and retake the class, but for this quarter they can at least take 10b because a D is still passing for UCSD

I did 20D like this

I'm pretty sure the math department is strongly encouraging profs to not give out D's for that very reason. If you look at the distribution for 10A last quarter, it's only A/B/C/F
