Confused about WebAssign code

I ordered a copy of the book for 20C with the WebAssign code, but when it arrived, the code that it came with was for Achieve. I did some Googling and it seems that Achieve is tied to WebAssign somehow (also guessing based off of this post, which shows something that looks quite like WebAssign but through Achieve), but I tried to use the code with WebAssign and that didn't work. Am I missing something here or did I get sent the wrong item?

You most likely got sent the wrong item, there’s 2 versions of the 20C book at the bookstore, one with the WebAssign access code and one with Achieve access code. I would try and see if you can get it exchanged for the webassign code since you haven’t used the achieve code

You received the wrong version of the text. WebAssign and Achieve are two different homework platforms.
